By using our website, submitting an application, enrolling on a programme or participating in any Academy activity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

RealEndo Academy provides professional dental education, including but not limited to:
Postgraduate programmes
Mentorship programmes
Observation Days
Online courses
Hands-on courses
Workshops
Webinars
Educational events
All services are subject to availability and may be modified, postponed or withdrawn at the Academy's discretion.

A place on a programme, course or event is only confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.
Enrolment is personal to the participant and may not be transferred or resold without prior written permission.

All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling (£).
Payments may be made by bank transfer, debit card, credit card or approved finance options where available.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Digital Courses
Once access to course materials has been granted, no refunds are available.
Hands-On Courses, Observation Days and Educational Events
Bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled by the Academy.
Mentorship Programmes and Postgraduate Programmes
Refund requests will be considered in accordance with the cancellation policy in force at the time of enrolment.

The Academy reserves the right to make reasonable changes to programme content, faculty, schedules, venues, delivery methods and learning platforms where necessary.
Such changes shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards faculty, staff, patients and fellow participants.
The Academy reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is considered inappropriate, disruptive or detrimental to the learning environment.
No refund shall be payable in such circumstances.

Participants may have access to confidential information, clinical discussions and case material during Academy activities.
Such information must be treated as confidential and must not be shared without appropriate permission.
Patient confidentiality must be maintained at all times.

Observation Days are educational activities only.
Participants must follow all instructions provided by the Academy and must not photograph, film, record or reproduce any patient information, clinical procedures or confidential material without prior written permission.

All Academy programmes are provided for educational purposes only.
Participants remain responsible for their own professional, clinical and business decisions.
The Academy does not guarantee specific outcomes, qualifications, professional advancement, income levels or clinical results.

All educational materials, presentations, videos, recordings, frameworks, trademarks, teaching systems and educational resources remain the property of RealEndo Academy unless otherwise stated.

Materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, recorded, shared or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

The Academy may record certain educational activities for educational, quality assurance or administrative purposes.
Participants may not record Academy activities without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy's liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the relevant programme or activity.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Academy's Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
